NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership lately sub-
sisting between us, the undersigned Robert Wilkin
and John Hawdon Davison, carrying on business as Farmers
and Stockowners at St. Leonards, Amuri District, Nelson,
under the style or firm of “Wilkin and Davison,” has been
dissolved by mutual consent as from the 27th day of
January, 1886.
All debts due or owing to the said late firm will be received
and paid by the said Robert Wilkin, who will continue the
said business himself.
As witness our hands, this 10th day of February, 1886.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

THE Partnership carried on by the undersigned as
Farmers and Stockowners, up to the 30th day of
September last, has been dissolved by mutual consent as
from that date. John Hamilton Carlon Bond will con-
tinue the business, receiving all moneys and discharging all
debts.

DATION.

NOTICE is hereby given that, at a special general meet-
ing of Shareholders, held on the 5th day of February,
1886, the following resolution was passed: “That Mr. F. E.
Wright's resignation of Liquidator to W. Montgomery and
Co. (Limited), in liquidation, be accepted, and that Mr. Robert
Haswell Wood be and hereby is appointed Liquidator to the
said company, in place of Mr. Wright.”

I, GEORGE HENRY CRESSEY, late of London, England,
now residing in Nelson, in the Provincial District of
Nelson, hereby give notice that I have deposited with the
Registrar of the Nelson District the necessary proofs of my
having obtained the degrees of Licentiate of the Royal College
of Physicians of London, Member of the Royal College of
Surgeons of England; and intend to apply to be registered
under the New Zealand Medical Act one month from the
date hereof.
