County of Patangata, as constituted under "The Town Districts Act, 1881;" also to appoint Friday, the 31st day of
December, 1886, to be the time, and the Public Library,
Kaikora North, to be the place, at which such first elections
shall be held; and also to appoint Monday, the 3rd day of
January, 1887, at noon, to be the time, and the said Public
Library to be the place, at which the first meeting of the said
Commissioners shall be held.
