A PROCLAMATION.

BY virtue and in exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the one hundred and ninety-seventh section of “The Land Act, 1885,” and of every other power and authority enabling me in that behalf, I, William Francis Drummond Jervois, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby declare that the land specified in the Schedule hereto shall be subject to the provisions of sections one hundred and ninety-eight to two hundred and nineteen of Part VII. of “The Land Act, 1885,” relating to small grazing runs.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the sixth section of “The Land Act, 1885,” I, William Francis Drummond Jervois, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby declare that, from and after the day of the date hereof, the Proclamation of the thirteenth day of May, one thousand eight hundred and eighty-six, by His Excellency the Governor, setting apart sections of land for leasing as small grazing runs, shall be and the same is hereby revoked in so far as it relates to the sections of land enumerated in the Schedule hereto.

BY virtue and in exercise of the powers and authorities vested in him by the one hundred and thirty-fifth section of “The Land Act, 1885,” and of every other power and authority enabling him in that behalf, His Excellency the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said colony, doth hereby declare that the sections of land enumerated in the Schedule hereto shall be set apart for lease, with right of renewal, under the provisions of Part IV. of “The Land Act, 1885.”
