IT is hereby notified that the land described in the under-mentioned applications for gold-mining leases is now open to persons holding miners’ rights or business licenses, or to applicants for leases, the applicants having failed to comply with the provisions of Regulation 20, Part IV., Appendix A, “Mines Act, 1877,” viz.:

Notice of Withdrawal of Application for Gold-mining Lease.

IT is hereby notified that the under-mentioned application for a gold-mining lease has been withdrawn, and that the ground is now open for application as if a lease of the same had never been applied for, viz.:
The application of Carl Anton Simonsen and Anton Anderson, dated the 17th July, 1885, for the Scandinavia Gold-mining Company, 8 acres, situate at Moonlight Creek, Nelson South-west Mining District.

THE under-mentioned section, having been forfeited for breach of conditions, will be offered for sale by public auction, the improvements for cash and the land on deferred-payment, in terms of section 122 of “The Land Act, 1885,” at the Courthouse, Ashburton, on Wednesday, the 24th November, 1886, at 12 o’clock noon:

IT is hereby notified that the under-mentioned sections are open for lease for a term of thirty years, with the right of renewal for further terms of twenty-one years, and that applications will be received on the 24th November, 1886, for the said leases, at the Land Offices, Christchurch and Timaru, and also at the Courthouse, Ashburton, where Mr. March will attend to receive applications and give information respecting them:
