IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the sixth section of “The Cemeteries Act, 1882,” I, William Francis Drummond Jervois, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint the several persons whose names are specified in the first column of the Schedule hereto to be the Trustees to provide for the maintenance and care of the public cemetery specified in the second column of the said Schedule.

Bounded towards the North-east by Reserve No. 1574 (in red), 1850 links; towards the South-east by Section No. 32620, 131 links; towards the South-west by a road-line, 1600 links; and towards the North-west by the other portion of said Lot No. 83, 920 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less; as the same is delineated on the plan deposited in the District Survey Office, Christchurch. |
