Land set apart for Village Homestead Special Settlement for Perpetual Leasing in the Canterbury Land District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the one hundred and sixty-second section of “The Land Act, 1885,” I, William Francis Drummond Jervois, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the sections of land described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same are hereby set apart and declared open for application as a village special settlement for perpetual leasing, upon the terms and conditions fixed by an Order in Council issued on the first day of September, one thousand eight hundred and eighty-six, and made under the one hundred and sixty-third section of the said Act.

A PROCLAMATION.
BY virtue and in exercise of the powers and authorities vested in him by the sixth section of “The Land Act, 1885,” and of every other power and authority enabling him in that behalf, His Excellency the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said colony, doth hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the third day of August, one thousand eight hundred and eighty-six, in so far as it relates to the sections of land enumerated in the Schedule hereto, which were, with other lands, set apart for leasing under the provisions of Part IV. of “The Land Act, 1885.”

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the sixth section of “The Land Act, 1885,” I, William Francis Drummond Jervois, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby declare that, from and after the day of the date hereof, the Proclamation of the twenty-sixth day of June, one thousand eight hundred and eighty-six, by His Excellency the Governor, setting apart sections of land for a village special settlement on perpetual lease, shall be and the same is hereby revoked in so far as it relates to the section of land enumerated in the Schedule hereto.
