T AKE notice that it is intended to construct a Water-race and divert water for irrigation purposes, commencing at a point in Thomson's Creek about 300 yards below Messrs. Laidlaw and Crawford's woolshed, and again opposite the schoolhouse, and terminating at Section 15, Block III., Lauder.

The length of such race is two and a half miles or thereabouts, and its intended course is north and south.

The mean depth of such race is 1 foot, and the mean breadth is 1 foot 6 inches, and it is proposed to divert one Government-head of water, and will take months to construct.
