Scale of Fares, Rates, and Charges on the New Zealand Railways.

I, EDWARD RICHARDSON, Minister for Public Works, in pursuance of the powers conferred upon me by section 144 of “The Public Works Act, 1882,” and all other powers in anywise enabling me in that behalf, do hereby fix the following regulations and scale of fares, rates, and charges for the New Zealand Railways, to come into force on the fourth day of October, one thousand eight hundred and eighty-six, from which date all previous scales are declared to be hereby revoked.

As witness my hand this twenty-second day of September, one thousand eight hundred and eighty-six.
