NOTICE is hereby given that the under-mentioned lands
will be submitted at public auction, at the Council
Chamber, Napier, on Thursday, the 30th September, at 2 p.m.

SCHEDULE OF LEASES OF SMALL GRAZING RUNS.

Description: Pastoral land, adjoining the freehold of
Messrs. Walker and Richardson. The hills fronting the sea
are fairly well grassed. The rest of the block is covered
with fern and scrub; by surface-sowing it can be made into
good pasture land. There is a good shipping-place on the
block, at which 7 acres have been reserved for the use of the
public. The block is distant by road from Clyde about
twenty-one miles. The Wairoa County Council have in pro-
gress the formation and bridging of parts of the road.

Hokitika, within three months of the date of first insertion
of this notice.

NOTICE is hereby given that the leasehold of the sections
of land situated on the Grey Coal Reserve, No. 274,
and described in the Schedules A, B, and C attached hereto,
and Marsden Town sections, for cash, Schedule D,
will be offered for sale by public auction, at the Railway
Goods Station, Brunnerton, on Wednesday, the 13th October,
at 2 p.m., subject to the rents and conditions hereunder
set out.
