NOTICE is hereby given that at a sitting of this Court to be held at Auckland on the 4th day of October next will be heard the application of the person whose name appears in the first column for the subdivision of the hereditament comprised in the Crown grant of the piece of land the name of which appears in the second column, situate in the district named in the third column.

And, in pursuance of the provisions of section 7 of “The Native Land Division Act, 1882,” all persons having in their possession any original grant or other instrument of title relating to the land aforesaid are hereby ordered to produce the same at the said sitting of the Court.
