NOTICE is hereby given that the session of this Court at Foxton, in the District of Manawatu, at present standing adjourned to Friday, the 17th instant, has been further adjourned by the Chief Judge to Wednesday, the 10th day of November next.

Sitting of the Native Land Court for the Subdivision of Hereditaments.

NOTICE is hereby given that at a sitting of this Court, to be held at Kaiapoi, in the District of Canterbury, on the 15th day of October next, will be heard the applications of the persons whose names appear in the first column of the Schedule hereunder written for the subdivision of the hereditaments comprised in the Crown grants of the pieces of land the names of which appear in the second column, situate in the district named in the third column.

And, in pursuance of section 7 of “The Native Land Division Act, 1882,” all persons having in their possession any original grant or other instrument of title relating to any of the lands aforesaid are hereby ordered to produce the same at the said sitting of the Court.

The persons interested in the applications set forth hereunder are further notified that, although the Court has been fixed to be held at Kaiapoi, only the claims relating to lands at Kaiapoi, Port Levy, Rapaki, Onuku, Opukutahi, Wairewa, Taumutu, and Westland will be called and dealt with there, and that the claims relating to land in other districts will be heard at places convenient to those districts after due notice thereof has been given, namely, at Temuka, Waimate, Moeraki, Waikouaiti, Otago Heads, and Riverton.
