I, ALFRED TEMPLE PERKINS, Member of the Royal College of Surgeons of England, and Licentiate of the Royal College of Physicians of Edinburgh, and a duly-registered Medical Practitioner of Great Britain, residing at New Plymouth, do now give notice of my intention of applying, on the 28th day of August, 1886, to have my name placed on the Register of Medical Practitioners in the Colony of New Zealand; and I have this day deposited with the Registrar at New Plymouth the evidence of my qualifications in terms of “The Medical Practitioners Act, 1869.”

SUBSCRIPTIONS.—The subscription is at the rate of £2 per annum, PAYABLE IN ADVANCE. A less period than three months cannot be subscribed for.

Single copies of the Gazette, 6d. each.

Advertisements are charged at the uniform rate of 6d. per line for each insertion.

All advertisements should be written on one side of the paper, and signatures, &c., should be written in a legible hand.

The number of insertions required must be written across the face of the advertisement.

Booksellers and Advertising Agents will be allowed a commission at the rate of 5 per cent.

The New Zealand Gazette is published on Thursday even-

ing in each week, and notices for insertion must be received by the Government Printer before two o’clock of the day preceding publication.

Communications should be addressed to the Government Printer, Wellington, to whom post office money orders should be made payable.

Postage or duty stamps cannot in any case be received in payment from any place at which post office orders are issued.

NO ADVERTISEMENT WILL BE INSERTED WITHOUT PREPAYMENT BEING MADE.
