NOTICE is hereby given that the several parcels of land
hereinafter described will be brought under the pro-
visions of “The Land Transfer Act, 1885,” unless caveat
be lodged forbidding the same in each case within one
calendar month next after the date of the Gazette containing
this notice.
Part Allotment 22 on plan of subdivision of part of Section
25, Block IV., Upper Kaikorai District.—D’ARCY HAG-

WHEREAS, under the provisions of “The Rating Act,
1882,” Allotments 4, 89, and 90, Village of Taupiri,
referred to in Crown grant, Vol. xii., folio 235, of the Register-
book at Auckland, in the name of JOHN CROPP, were sold by
the Registrar of the Supreme Court to THOMAS HENRY
WHITE, and the transfer was registered in accordance with
the above Act without the production of the Crown grant:
And whereas application has been made by the purchaser
that a provisional certificate may be issued to him to enable
him to deal with the said land: Notice is hereby given that
I will issue such provisional certificate at the expiration of
fourteen days from the publication of this notice, unless
caveat be lodged.

to the 20th, the maximum rainfall recorded on the 14th,
3·400in.; strong wind on 15th and 16th from S.W., also on
19th and 20th from N.W.; remainder of month fine with light
winds, chiefly N.W., except on 28th and 29th, when strong
from that quarter; thunder and hail on 3rd; foggy on 9th,
10th, and 11th. Maximum temperature in shade, 63; mini-
mum, 39·5. Mean humidity, 84; mean temperature of
dewpoint, 46·8. Slight earthquake on 16th at 4 a.m.

I, the undersigned, hereby make application to register
the New Fearnaught Gold-mining Company as a
Limited Company, under the provisions of “The Mining
Companies Act, 1872.”

The name of the company is to be the New Fearnaught
Gold-mining Company (Limited). -
The place of operations is at the Thames, in the Pro-
vincial District of Auckland, in the Colony of New Zealand. -
The registered office of the company will be situated at
the New Zealand Insurance Company’s Buildings, Auckland,
in the Provincial District of Auckland and Colony of New
Zealand. -
The nominal capital of the company is twenty-five
thousand pounds, in fifty thousand shares of ten shillings
each. -
The number of shares subscribed for is forty thousand,
being more than two-thirds of the entire number of shares in
the company. -
The number of shares paid up is nil.
