Maximum temperature in shade, 77; minimum, 44. Mean temperature of dewpoint, 52·9; humidity, 73.

NOTICE is hereby given that the several parcels of land hereinafter described will be brought under the provisions of “The Land Transfer Act, 1885,” unless caveat be lodged forbidding the same in each case on or before the 12th day of July next.

NOTICE is hereby given that a statutory declaration the loss of certificate of title in favour of ELIZABETH PARKER, for Lot 50 of the subdivision of Allotments 27 and 28 of Section 2 of the Parish of Takapuna, the whole of the land comprised in Vol. xxxv., folio 33, of the Register-book, having been filed in this office, and application having been made for the issue of a provisional certificate for the same, it is my intention to issue such certificate, unless caveat be lodged forbidding the same on or before the 30th day of June, 1886.
