IN accordance with section 3 of “The Mines Act 1877 Amendment Act, 1879,” a certificate of protection for twelve months, from the 1st April, 1886, to the 31st March, 1887, is granted in favour of the Golden Fleece United Quartz-mining Company (Limited), for their special claim No. 997, and two gold-mining leases Nos. 1310 and 1319.

Native Land Court Notice.

Notice of Time and Place for inspecting Plan after Interlocutory Order.

NATIVE LAND COURT ACT, 1880.

Pohokura, District of Taranaki, Provincial District of Taranaki.

Native Land Court Office,
Wellington, 26th May, 1886.

WHEREAS at a Court held at Waitara, on the tenth day of June, one thousand eight hundred and eighty-two, and following days, an order was made respecting the aforesaid block of land that certificates of title thereto should be made and issued when a proper survey should be made :

Now, notice is hereby given that the plan of the said land will be deposited for inspection at the Courthouse of the Resident Magistrate, Waitara, on the tenth day of June, one thousand eight hundred and eighty-six.

Any person desirous of objecting to the boundaries of the said block as defined by the said plan must leave notice thereof, stating the grounds of objection, with the Clerk of the said Resident Magistrate’s Court at Waitara. Such objections will be heard and determined at a sitting of the Native Land Court, to be held at Waitara on the seventeenth day of June, one thousand eight hundred and eighty-six.
