Declaring certain Roads in the Auckland Provincial District to be District Roads.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House, at Wellington, this fourteenth day of January, 1886.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and in exercise of all the powers vested in him by “The Public Works Act, 1882,” and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency Sir William Francis Drummond Jervois, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said colony, doth hereby declare that, on and after the ninth day of February next ensuing, all the roads and portions of roads enumerated and described in the Schedule hereunder written shall be district roads, all the said roads being in the Provincial District of Auckland.
SCHEDULE.

All that portion of the Auckland Great South Road (hereinafter called “the said road”) which lies within, passes through, or abuts upon the City of Auckland.

All that portion of the said road which lies within, passes through, or abuts upon the Borough of Newmarket.
-
All that portion of the said road which lies between, passes through, or abuts upon the Epsom and Remuera Road Districts.
-
All that portion of the said road which lies between, passes through, or abuts upon the Remuera and One-Tree Hill Road Districts.
-
All that portion of the said road which lies between, passes through, or abuts upon the Mount Wellington and One-Tree Hill Road Districts.
-
All that portion of the said road which lies between, passes through, or abuts upon the Mount Wellington and Otahuhu Road Districts.
-
All that portion of the said road which passes through the Otahuhu Road District.
-
All that portion of the said road which lies between, passes through, or abuts upon the Otahuhu and Mangare Road Districts.
-
All that portion of the said road which lies between, passes through, or abuts upon the East Tamaki and Mangare Road Districts.
-
All that portion of the said road which lies between, passes through, or abuts upon the East Tamaki and Papatoitoi Road Districts.

All that portion of the said road which lies between, passes through, or abuts upon the Papakura and Manurewa Road Districts.

All that portion of the said road which lies between, passes through, or abuts upon the Wairoa and Manurewa Road Districts.

All that portion of the said road which lies within, passes through, or abuts upon the Papakura Town District.

All that portion of the said road which passes through the Hunua Road District.

All that portion of the said road which lies between, passes through, or abuts upon the Hunua and Karaka Road Districts.

All that portion of the said road which lies between, passes through, or abuts upon the Hunua and Pukekohe East Road Districts.

All that portion of the said road which lies between, passes through, or abuts upon the Opaheke and Pukekohe East Road Districts.

All that portion of the said road which lies between, passes through, or abuts upon the Peparata and Pukekohe East Road Districts.

All that portion of the said road which lies between, passes through, or abuts upon the Peparata and Maungatawhiri Road Districts.

All that portion of the said road which lies between, passes through, or abuts upon the Pokeno and Maungatawhiri Road Districts.

All that portion of the said road which lies within, passes through, or abuts upon the Mercer Road District as far as the Whangamarino River.

All that portion of the Auckland to Onehunga Road which lies between, passes through, or abuts upon the One-Tree Hill and Epsom Road Districts.

All that portion of the Auckland to Onehunga Road which lies between, passes through, or abuts upon the One-Tree Hill and Mount Roskill Road Districts.
-
All that portion of the Auckland to Onehunga Road which lies between or abuts upon the One-Tree Hill Road District and the Borough of Onehunga.
-
All that portion of the Auckland to Onehunga Road called or known as the Auckland Road, and portions of Trafalgar Street and Queen Street which lies within, passes through, or abuts upon the Borough of Onehunga.

All that portion of the Auckland to Panmure Road which lies within, passes through, or abuts upon the Mount Wellington Road District.

All that portion of the Auckland to Panmure Road which lies within, passes through, or abuts upon the Panmure Road District.
