Land Transfer Act Notices.

APPLICATION having been made by the registered Pro-
prietors of part of Allotment 42, Block II., of the
Township of Opoho, Register-book, Vol. xxxvi., folio 189, to
register a discharge of mortgage, No. 5415, dated 28th March,
1880, in favour of JAMES CAMPBELL, JOHN CAMP-
BELL, and ARCHIBALD CAMPBELL, and a declaration
having been lodged with me of the loss of the outstanding
duplicate of said mortgage, I hereby give notice that I in-
tend to dispense with the production of the said duplicate
mortgage, and give effect to the said discharge, unless caveat
be lodged here forbidding the same within fourteen days
from the date of the publication hereof.

Dated at the Lands Registry Office, Dunedin, this 20th
day of April, 1886.
