Now, therefore, I, William Francis Drummond Jervois, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, in exercise and pursuance of the powers and authorities in me vested by section eleven of "The Public Works Act, 1882," and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in that behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land mentioned in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a road; and that, from and after the day of the date hereof, the land so mentioned shall become absolutely vested in fee-simple in the Inhabitants of the Takaka Road District, discharged from all mortgages, charges, claims, estates, or interests of what kind soever, for use as a road.

A PROCLAMATION.
BY virtue and in exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the one hundred and ninety-seventh section of "The Land Act, 1885," and of every other power and authority enabling me in that behalf, I, William Francis Drummond Jervois, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby declare that the land specified in the Schedule hereto shall be subject to the provisions of sections one hundred and ninety-eight to two hundred and nineteen of Part VII. of "The Land Act, 1885," relating to small grazing runs.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the sixth section of "The Land Act, 1885," I, William Francis Drummond Jervois, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby declare that, from and after the day of the date hereof, the notification of the twenty-first day of June, one thousand eight hundred and eighty-two, by His Excellency the Governor, setting apart the sections of land enumerated in the Schedule hereto for sale as pastoral lands on deferred payments, shall be and the same is hereby revoked.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the sixth section of "The Land Act, 1885," I, William Francis Drummond Jervois, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby declare that, from and after the day of the date hereof, the notifications specified in the Schedule hereto by His Excellency the Governor, setting apart the land enumerated in the said Schedule for sale as pastoral land on deferred payments, shall be and the same are hereby revoked, in so far as they relate to the said lands.
