has been merged in Southland County, by special order, as

provisions of “The Counties Act, 1876,” and its amend-
ments.

sisting between us, the undersigned JOHN STUDHOLME,
FREDERICK BANKS, THOMAS HENRY WIGLEY, and MICHAEL
