NOTICE is hereby given that at a sitting of this Court,
to be held at Waiomatatini, in the District of Poverty
Bay, on the 1st day of March, 1886, will be heard the applica-
tions of the persons whose names appear in the first column
for the subdivision of the hereditaments comprised in the
Crown grants of the pieces of land the names of which
appear in the second column, situate in the districts named
in the third column of the Schedule hereto.
