NOTICE is hereby given that the Town Board of Havelock, on or about the 22nd day of March, 1886, duly passed a resolution to the effect that it desires to adopt “The Rating Act, 1882;” and that such resolution is in the words and figures following, namely:—
“ That the Board desires to adopt “The Rating Act, 1882.” ”
