I, the undersigned, hereby make application to register the Scott Gold- and Silver-mining Company as a Limited Company, under the provisions of “The Mining Companies Act, 1872.”

- The place of operations is at Karangahake, in the Provincial District of Auckland, in the Colony of New Zealand.
- The registered office of the company will be situated at the New Zealand Insurance Company’s Buildings, Auckland, in the Provincial District of Auckland and Colony of New Zealand.
- The nominal capital of the company is twenty thousand pounds sterling, in forty thousand shares of ten shillings sterling each.
- The number of shares subscribed for is forty thousand, being the entire number of shares in the company.
- The number of shares paid up is nil.
- The amount already paid up is nil.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership between the undersigned, FREDERICK SCHWARTZ HAMLIN and JEREMIAH KELEHER, in the business of Farmers and Timber Merchants, at Waiuku, under the firm of Keleher and Hamlin, was this day dissolved by mutual consent, and in future the business will be carried on by the said Jeremiah Keleher on his separate account, and who will pay and receive all debts owing from and to the said Partnership in the regular course of trade. Witness our hands this 10th day of February, 1886.

HALCOMBE TOWN BOARD.
NOTICE is hereby given that a deviation of the line of road running between Sections Nos. 181 and 51, on the plan of the Town of Halcombe, has been made by the Halcombe Town Board, and it is now necessary to take the land from Section No. 181 for a public road, as described in the accompanying Schedule. All persons having any objections to the work are required to state such objections in writing, and send it to the office of the Halcombe Town Board, on or before the 1st day of May, 1886.
A copy of the plan may be seen at the office of the Halcombe Town Board.

SCHEDULE.
ALL that parcel of land in the Provincial District of Wellington, in the Colony of New Zealand, containing by admeasurement 9 perches, more or less, situated in the Wellington Survey District, in the County of Oroua, and being a road-line traversing the eastern portion of Section No. 181 on the plan of the Town of Halcombe; commencing at a point on the western side of the road which traverses Section No. 181 at a point 18427 links or thereabouts distant from the south-east boundary-line. Bounded on the South-west generally by a line, 1923 links; towards the North-west by a line, 62 links; by the North-east by a line, 182 links to the commencing point: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less; as the same is delineated on the plan deposited in the Survey Office at Wellington.

NOTICE is hereby given that at an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders held at the registered office of the company, Strand, Tauranga, on Thursday, the 25th February, 1886, the following special resolutions were passed, and at a subsequent meeting of shareholders held on Friday, the 12th March, 1886, the said resolutions were duly confirmed: “(1.) That this company be wound up voluntarily pursuant to the provisions of ‘The Companies Act, 1882,’ and that Mr. Robert Horne be appointed Liquidator for the purpose of conducting such winding-up.” “(2.) That the draft agreement expressed to be made between this company of the one part and the Tauranga (New Zealand) Railway Company (Limited) of the other part be and the same is hereby approved; and that the said Liquidator be and he is hereby directed to execute the said agreement on behalf of this company in the terms of the said draft, and to carry the same into effect.”
