ALL that parcel of land in the Rotorua Survey District, in the Provincial District of Auckland, known by the name of Okoheriki No. 2D, containing by admeasurement 4,766 acres, more or less. Bounded towards the North generally by a railway-line known as Okoheriki No. 2B Block; towards the East by a road-line, 750 links; towards the South-east by Okoheriki No. 1 Block, 53479 links; towards the West by Okoheriki No. 2B Block, 13200 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House, at Wellington, this sixteenth day of March, 1886.
Present:
His Excellency the Governor in Council.
WHEREAS it has been made to appear that certain things required to be done by “The Rating Act, 1876,” in connection with the preparation and revision of the valuation-roll of the Borough of Hawksbury, cannot be done by or within the times mentioned in the said Act:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers vested in him by the said “Rating Act, 1876,” and by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said colony, doth hereby extend the times for doing the said things in connection with the valuation-roll of the said borough, and doth declare that the times for the doing of such several things shall be those specified in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.

For transmitting to the Borough Council the valuation-list: On or before the 31st March, 1886.

Valuation-list to be open for inspection, and objections thereto to be received: Until the 15th April, 1886.

WHEREAS it has been made to appear that certain things required to be done by “The Rating Act, 1882,” in connection with the preparation and revision of the valuation-roll of the County of Southland, cannot be done by or within the times mentioned in the said Act:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers vested in him by the said “Rating Act, 1882,” and by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said colony, doth hereby extend the times for doing the said things in connection with the valuation-roll of the said county, and doth declare that the times for the doing of such several things shall be those specified in the Schedule hereto.

For hearing objections: Until the third Monday in April, 1886, or some other later day to be fixed by the Resident Magistrate.

His Excellency the Governor in Council.
WHEREAS a petition in terms of section thirty-eight of “The Hospitals and Charitable Institutions Act, 1885,” has been presented to His Excellency the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand from the Committee of Management of the Thames Hospital, praying that the said hospital may be incorporated as a separate institution under the said Act:
And whereas the substance of the said petition was gazetted on the twenty-first day of January, one thousand eight hundred and eighty-six, and no counter-petition has been received by the Colonial Secretary within one month from the date of such publication, and the majority of the Commissioners appointed in consequence of an objection lodged by the District Board have decided that the incorporation of the said hospital as a separate institution is required:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said colony, and in exercise and in pursuance of the powers and authorities vested in him by “The Hospitals and Charitable Institutions Act, 1885,” doth hereby declare the contributors for the time being to the said hospital to be a body politic and corporate, by the style and title of “The Thames Hospital Contributors.”

And whereas the substance of the said petition was gazetted on the eleventh day of February, one thousand eight hundred and eighty-six, and no counter-petition has been received by the Colonial Secretary, or objection lodged with him by the District Board, within one month from the date of such publication:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said colony, and in exercise and in pursuance of the powers and authorities vested in him by “The Hospitals and Charitable Institutions Act, 1885,” doth hereby declare the contributors for the time being to the said institution to be a body politic and corporate, by the style and title of “The Wellington Benevolent Institution Contributors.”
