Scale of Fares, Rates, and Charges on the New Zealand Railways.

I, EDWARD RICHARDSON, Minister for Public Works, in pursuance of the powers conferred upon me by section 144 of "The Public Works Act, 1882," and all other powers in anyway enabling me in that behalf, do hereby fix the following regulations and scale of fares, rates, and charges for the New Zealand Railways, to come into force on the twenty-second day of March, one thousand eight hundred and eighty-six, from which date all previous scales are declared to be hereby revoked.
As witness my hand this fifteenth day of March, one thousand eight hundred and eighty-six.
