At the Government House, at Wellington, this twenty-fourth day of February, 1886.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS a petition in terms of section thirty-eight of "The Hospitals and Charitable Institutions Act, 1885," has been presented to His Excellency the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand from the Committee of Management of the Dunstan District Hospital, praying that the said hospital may be incorporated as a separate institution under the said Act:
And whereas the substance of the said petition was gazetted on the twenty-first day of January, one thousand eight hundred and eighty-six, and no counter-petition has been received by the Colonial Secretary, or objection lodged with him by the District Board, within one month from the date of such publication:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said colony, and in exercise and in pursuance of the powers and authorities vested in him by "The Hospitals and Charitable Institutions Act, 1885," doth hereby declare the contributors for the time being to the said hospital to be a body politic and corporate, by the style and title of "The Dunstan District Hospital Contributors."

Additional Regulation for fixing the Thames Drainage Area and constituting the Thames Drainage Board.

At the Government House, at Wellington, this second day of March, 1886.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by an Order in Council made on the nineteenth day of January, one thousand eight hundred and eighty-six, under "The Gold-mining Districts Act 1873 Amendment Act, 1885," certain regulations were made for fixing the Thames drainage area and constituting the Thames Drainage Board: And whereas it is expedient to make an additional regulation under the said Act for the purpose hereinafter set forth:
Now, therefore, His Excellency Sir William Francis Drummond Jervois, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority conferred by the said Act, and by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said colony, doth hereby make the additional regulation hereinafter set forth, and which is to be read with and as part of the regulations so made as aforesaid, that is to say,
5A. The first meeting of the Board shall be held on Thursday, the eleventh day of March instant, at half-past nine a.m., at the Government Buildings, at Grahamstown, and ordinary meetings for the business of the Board shall be held at such stated times as the Board may from time to time appoint. Any meeting of the Board may be adjourned.

Addition to Epsom Recreation-ground brought under "The Public Domains Act, 1881."

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House, at Wellington, this second day of March, 1886.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.
BY virtue of the powers and authorities vested in me by the twenty-fourth section of "The Public Reserves Act, 1881," I, William Francis Drummond Jervois, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said colony, do hereby order and declare that the reserves made for public recreation in the Provincial District of Auckland, and known as the Epsom Recreation-grounds, and described in the Schedule hereto, shall be and the same are hereby brought under the operation of and declared to be subject to the provisions of "The Public Domains Act, 1881;" and such domain shall hereafter be managed, administered, and dealt with, in manner directed by the said Act, by the Domain Board, constituted by an Order in Council issued on the seventeenth day of October, one thousand eight hundred and eighty-two.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that parcel of land in the Provincial District of Auckland, containing by admeasurement 4 acres 3 roods 33 perches, being Lot No. 180 of Section No. 10, Suburbs of Auckland. Bounded towards the North by Lot No. 68 of Section No. 10, Suburbs of Auckland, 800 links; towards the East by Lot No. 69A of section aforesaid, 620 links; towards the South by Windmill Road, 800 links; and towards the West by Lot No. 179 of Section No. 10, Suburbs of Auckland aforesaid, 620 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less.
Also all that parcel of land in the Provincial District of Auckland, containing by admeasurement 2 acres 2 roods 36 perches, more or less, and known as Allotment No. 180A of Section No. 10, Suburbs of Auckland, situate in Block I., Otahuhu Survey District. Bounded towards the North by Allotments Nos. 180 and 69A, 680 links; towards the East by a road, 534 links; and towards the South-west and West by a road, 163 links, 279 links, 217 links, 96 links, and 248 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less.

IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers vested in him by "The Public Works Act, 1882," and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency Sir William Francis Drummond Jervois, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said colony, doth hereby order that the Government work known as the Gisborne-Opotiki Main Road deviation shall and may be constructed on or through the parcels of land mentioned in the Schedule hereto.
