All that area in the County of Bruce, containing by admeasurement 20 acres 3 roods 30 perches, more or less, being a road-line, 100 links wide, forming the north-western boundaries of Sections Nos. 41, 38, 37, 36, 35, and 34, Block V., Akatore Survey District.
All that area in the County of Bruce, containing by admeasurement 19 acres and 17 perches, more or less, being a road-line, 100 links wide, forming the south-western boundary of Section No. 8, Block V., Akatore Survey District, and the western boundaries of Sections Nos. 7, 6, 5, 3, and 2.
All that area in the County of Bruce, containing by admeasurement 6 acres, more or less, being a road-line, 50 links wide, forming the north-eastern boundaries of Sections Nos. 3 and 4, Block V., Akatore Survey District, the northern boundary of Section No. 42, Block IV., and the north-eastern boundaries of Sections Nos. 43 and 44, said Block IV.
All that area in the County of Bruce, containing by admeasurement 2 acres 3 roods 36 perches, more or less, being a road-line, 100 links wide, forming part of the northern boundary of Section No. 15, Block V., Akatore Survey District.
All that area in the County of Bruce, containing by admeasurement 6 acres 1 rood 32 perches, more or less, being a road-line, 100 links wide, forming the north-eastern boundaries of Sections Nos. 16 and 17, Block V., Akatore Survey District.
The said several roads being shown upon maps in the Survey Office, Dunedin.

At the Government House, at Wellington, this second day of March, 1886.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS the land mentioned in the Schedule hereto was reserved for a site for County Council offices: And whereas, in the opinion of the Governor, it is expedient to vest the said land in the Clifton County Council:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said colony, and in exercise of the powers and authorities vested in him by the fourth section of “The Public Reserves Act, 1881,” doth hereby declare that, from and after the day of the date hereof, the said reserve shall become vested in the Chairman, Councillors, and inhabitants of the Clifton County, in trust, for a site for County Council offices.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that piece or parcel of land in the Village of Urenui, Provincial District of Taranaki, containing by admeasurement 1 rood, more or less, being Section No. 4 on the plan of the said village.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS a petition in terms of section thirty-eight of 1885,” has been presented to His Excellency the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand from the Waimate County Council, being the body having the charge of the Waimate Hospital, praying that the said hospital may be incorporated as a separate institution under the said Act:
And whereas the substance of the said petition was gazetted on the twenty-eighth day of January, one thousand eight hundred and eighty-six, and no counter-petition has been received by the Colonial Secretary, or objection lodged with him by the District Board, within one month from the date of such publication:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said colony, and in exercise and in pursuance of the powers and authorities vested in him by “The Hospitals and Charitable Institutions Act, 1885,” doth hereby declare the contributors for the time being to the said hospital to be a body politic and corporate, by the style and title of “The Waimate Hospital Contributors.”

WHEREAS a petition in terms of section thirty-eight of 1885,” has been presented to His Excellency the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand from the Committee of Management of the Gisborne Hospital, praying that the said hospital may be incorporated as a separate institution under the said Act:
And whereas the substance of the said petition was gazetted on the twenty-first day of January, one thousand eight hundred and eighty-six, and no counter-petition has been received by the Colonial Secretary, or objection lodged with him by the District Board, within one month from the date of such publication:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said colony, and in exercise and in pursuance of the powers and authorities vested in him by “The Hospitals and Charitable Institutions Act, 1885,” doth hereby declare the contributors for the time being to the said hospital to be a body politic and corporate, by the style and title of “The Gisborne Hospital Contributors.”
