TURING COMPANY (LIMITED).

OTICE is hereby given that the shareholders of the
above-named company did, on Friday, the 16th day
of January, 1885, in general meeting, pass the following
extraordinary resolution:—

"That it has been proved to their satisfaction that the
company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its
business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and
that it be wound up voluntarily; and that Messrs. T. R.
WALTON and T. KING be appointed Liquidators."

POVERTY BAY ROAD DISTRICT BOARD.

T is hereby publicly notified that the Poverty Bay Road
District Board has taken over the control and manage-
ment of the Public Pound at the Bridge, Waipara River,
known as Steggall's Pound, by virtue of General Government
Act No. 43, entitled "The Impounding Act, 1884;" and,
further, that ROBERT MAHER STEGGALL is appointed Pound-
keeper under the said Act.

OTICE is hereby given that the Partnership heretofore
subsisting between us, the undersigned CORNELIUS
INGLIS, WILLIAM HENRY CAMPBELL and NORMAN GUTHRIE
CHALMERS as Executors of JOHN FRANCIS CHALMERS, de-
ceased, the said NORMAN GUTHRIE CHALMERS, and REGINALD
MACKINNON, in the business of Farmers, at Mount Linton
Estate, in New Zealand, has been dissolved by mutual

OTICE is hereby given that the Partnership heretofore
subsisting between WILLIAM WOODFIELD and GEORGE
LUKE, trading in the City of Wellington, New Zealand, as
Coach Painters, under the firm or style of "Woodfield and
Luke," has this day been dissolved by mutual consent. All
moneys owing to the said partnership are to be paid by the
said George Luke, who will discharge all sums owing by the
said late firm.

UBSCRIPTIONS.—The subscription is at the rate of £2

three months cannot be subscribed for.

Single copies of the Gazette, 6d. each.

Advertisements are charged at the uniform rate of 6d. per
line for each insertion.

All advertisements should be written on one side of the
paper, and signatures, &c., should be written in a legible
hand.

The number of insertions required must be written across
the face of the advertisement.

Booksellers and Advertising Agents will be allowed a com-
mission at the rate of 5 per cent.

The New Zealand Gazette is published on Thursday even-
ing in each week, and notices for insertion must be received
by the Government Printer before two o'clock of the day
preceding publication.

Communications should be addressed to the Government
Printer, Wellington, to whom post office money orders should
be made payable.

Postage or duty stamps cannot in any case be received in
payment from any place at which post office orders are issued.

NO ADVERTISEMENT WILL BE INSERTED WITHOUT PREPAY-
