PURSUANT to the provisions of an Act of the General Assembly of New Zealand, passed in the forty-fourth year of the reign of Her Majesty Queen Victoria, and intituled "The Marriage Act, 1880," the following names of Officiating Ministers within the meaning of the said Act are published for general information:—

"Friendly Societies Act, 1882."—Advertisement of Cancelling.

Friendly Societies' Registry Office,

NOTICE is hereby given that the Registrar of Friendly Societies has, pursuant to section 10 of "The Friendly Societies Act, 1882," by writing under his hand, dated the 26th day of January, 1885, cancelled the registry of Court Star of Ashburton of the Canterbury United District Ancient Order of Foresters [Register No. 28 (3)], held at Ashburton, on the ground that the Court has ceased to exist.
