WILLIAM MARTIN, of Deborah, near Oamaru, in the Pro-
vincial District of Otago and Colony of New Zealand, Car-
penter, has deposited at this office a specification of the
said invention; and I have appointed Thursday, the 25th
day of March next, at 11 o'clock in the forenoon, at this
office, to hear the said application and all objections
thereto; and I require all persons having an interest in
opposing the grant of such Letters Patent to leave, on or
before the 10th day of March next, at this office, particu-
lars in writing of their objections to the said application,
otherwise they will be precluded from urging the same.

application of Miriama te Ropuhina for a rehearing upon a
part thereof, known as "Ngatarawa:"

and in exercise of the authority in that behalf vested in me,
