In the matter of "The Mount Ida Pastoral Investment Company (Limited), in liquidation.

THE affairs of the above company having been fully wound up, I, the undersigned WILLIAM NEWMAN, the Liquidator of the said company, hereby convene a General Meeting of the Shareholders of the company, to be held at the Registered Office of the company, Earn Street, Naseby, on Tuesday, the 19th day of February, 1886, at 7 o'clock in the evening, in order that the Liquidator may lay before such meeting the account showing the manner in which the winding up of the affairs of the company has been conducted and the property of the company disposed of, and also for the purpose of hearing any explanation the Liquidator may have to give.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Registrar of Friendly Societies has, pursuant to section 10 of "The Friendly Societies Act, 1882," by writing under his hand dated this 7th day of December, 1885, cancelled the registry of the Taitapu Lodge, Register No. 146 (24), held at Taitapu, branch of the Independent Order of Odd Fellows of New Zealand, on the ground that the said lodge has ceased to exist.
