I, the undersigned Manager, hereby give notice that an Increase in the Capital of the above-named company was, on the 23rd day of November, 1885, resolved on.

The mode adopted for the increase is by issuing twenty-seven new shares of £40 each, in addition to the twenty-seven shares now existing in the company.
