  1. The day upon which the lands shall be open for application shall be Wednesday, the twentieth day of January, one thousand eight hundred and eighty-six, at the Land Office, Dunedin.

  2. The lands enumerated in the Schedule hereto shall be sold on deferred payments, and shall be subject to the provisions relating to suburban lands of Part III. of "The Land Act, 1885."

  3. No person shall be allowed to acquire more than one section.

  4. The price stated in the Schedule hereto shall be the price at which the lands shall be open for application.

  5. If there should be more than one application for any allotment, the right to purchase the same shall be determined by lot amongst the applicants.

  6. Each applicant for a deferred-payment section in the Schedule will be required to make the declaration prescribed by section one hundred and thirteen of "The Land Act, 1885," and shall at the time of application deposit with the Receiver of Land Revenue for the Otago Land District one-tenth of the price of the allotment. Such payment shall be deemed to be a discharge of the license-fee for the six months due on the first day of July, one thousand eight hundred and eighty-six.

  7. The purchaser of any lands described in the Schedule, upon the full payment of the purchase-money, and also the fulfilment of the terms and conditions prescribed by "The Land Act, 1885," relating to land on deferred payments, will be entitled to his Crown grant, to be issued in the usual way upon payment of the fees prescribed by law.

IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers vested in him by "The Public Works Act, 1882," and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency Sir William Francis Drummond Jervois, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said colony, doth hereby order that the Government work known as the Waikato-Thames Railway (Morrisville-Te Aroha Section) shall and may be constructed on or through the parcel of land more particularly described in the Schedule hereto.
