Appointments, &c., under "The Hospitals and Charitable Institutions Act, 1885."

Premier's Office, Wellington, 4th November, 1885.

HIS Excellency the Governor has, in pursuance of subsection (2) of section 7 of "The Hospitals and Charitable Institutions Act, 1885," been pleased to appoint the gentlemen hereinafter named to be Members of the District Board of Administration and for the counties set before their names respectively:—

Also in pursuance of section 9 of the said Act to alter the hour of the first meeting of the Otago District Board from 3 p.m. on the 5th instant to 1 p.m. on the same day, and to appoint the gentlemen hereinafter named to preside over the first meetings of the District Boards of Administration set before their respective names in place of the gentlemen whose appointments were notified in the New Zealand Gazette of the 22nd ultimo, and who are unable to be present:—
