NOTICE is hereby given that the several parcels of land hereinafter described will be brought under the provisions of "The Land Transfer Act, 1870," unless caveat be lodged forbidding the same in each case within one calendar month next after date of Gazette containing this notice.

HAWKE'S BAY GOLD-MINING PROSPECTING ASSOCIATION (LIMITED).

A GENERAL Meeting of the above-named association will be held at the Town Hall, Hastings, on Monday, the 28th day of December, 1885, at 8 o'clock p.m., for the purpose of considering the final accounts of the association as prepared by the Liquidator.

I, the undersigned, hereby make application to register the Naseby Hydraulic Mining Company (Limited) as a Limited Company, under the provisions of "The Mining Companies Act, 1872," and the amendments thereof.

  1. The name of the company is to be the Naseby Hydraulic Mining Company (Limited).

  2. The place of intended operations is at Main Gully, Naseby.

  3. The registered office of the company will be situated in Leven Street, Naseby.

  4. The nominal capital of the company is one thousand pounds, in one thousand shares of one pound each.

  5. The number of shares subscribed for is one thousand, being not less than two-thirds of the entire number of shares in the company.

  6. The number of paid-up shares is five hundred.

  7. The amount already paid up is one hundred and twenty-five pounds, being five shillings per share on five hundred shares.

  8. The name of the Manager is Robert Strong.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership hitherto existing between CHARLES JAMES HOLROYDE, of the City of Auckland, in the Colony of New Zealand, Engineer, GEORGE ERNEST HOLROYDE, of the same place, Engineer, and HERBERT HENRY BARNETT, late of the same place, but now of parts beyond the seas, Engineer, all trading and known at Auckland aforesaid as "Holroyde and Co.," Mechanical and Electrical Engineers, &c., is hereby dissolved, such dissolution to take effect from the 24th day of March, 1885.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership heretofore existing between the undersigned, WILLIAM GILL and HENRY NICHOLSON, Jun., as Licensed Victuallers, under the firm of "Gill and Nicholson," has this day been dissolved by mutual consent. The business will in future be carried on solely by the said Henry Nicholson, to whom all debts due to the firm are to be paid, and by whom all obligations of the late partnership will be discharged.

In the matter of "The Companies Act, 1882," and the amendments thereof, and in the matter of the voluntary winding-up of the MANAWATU BUTTER, CHEESE, and BACON MANUFACTURING COMPANY (LIMITED).
