Land Sale, Patea District.

THE under-mentioned rural section in the Patea District will be sold by public auction, for cash, at the Land Office, Patea, on Tuesday, the 17th November next, at 10.30 a.m.:

Carlyle Survey District: Section 1, Block III., 184 acres 2 roods, at £2 per acre, with £221 14s. added for improvements. This section is about three miles from Kakaramea, and adjoins the Otoia Native Reserve.

Terms of Sale: One-fourth of purchase-money to be paid at sale, and the balance to the Receiver of Land Revenue at Patea within one calendar month from date of sale, otherwise the deposit will be forfeited, and the contract for the sale of the land thenceforth be null and void. Crown-grant fee to be paid on completion of purchase.
