Description of Land.-Lots 148 and 150, open, undulating land, fronting Old North Road. Lots 149 and 151, open, undulating land. Lots 153, 154, and 159, open, broken, and undulating land, frontage to Riverhead and Hobsonville Roads. Lots 155, 156, 157, and 158, open, undulating land. These lots, situated within four miles of Henderson Railway Station, are kauri-gum lands, covered with low tea-tree and wiwi; soil yellow clay, resting on sandstone. From several of the lots, notably 157, 158, and 159, very pretty views of the Waitemata Harbour can be obtained.
