ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House, at Wellington, this twenty-seventh day of October, 1885.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS the lands mentioned in the Schedule hereto were reserved for road and gravel purposes: And whereas, in the opinion of the Governor, it is expedient to vest the said lands in the Kumeroa Road Board:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said colony, and in exercise of the powers and authorities vested in him by the fourth section of
"The Public Reserves Act, 1881," doth hereby declare that, from and after the day of the date hereof, the said reserves shall become vested in the Kumeroa Road Board, in trust, for road and gravel purposes.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that parcel of land in the Provincial District of Hawke's Bay, being Section No. 7, Block IX., Tahoraite Survey Dis- trict, containing 21 acres 3 roods 25 perches.
All that parcel of land in the Provincial District of Hawke's Bay, being Section No. 23, Block IX., Tahoraite Survey District, containing 8 acres.
All that parcel of land in the Provincial District of Hawke's Bay, being Section No. 24, Block IX., Tahoraite Survey District, containing 14 acres 1 rood.
