WHEREAS a declaration of the loss of the receipt of
the Receiver of Land Revenue, dated 30th October,
1878, and registered in the Provisional Register-book, Vol. iv.,
flio 216, in favour of MARTIN PEDERSEN, for the
purchase-money of Suburban Section No. 29, Norsewood,
has been lodged with me, and application made to issue a
provisional receipt in lieu of the lost one: Now, I do
hereby give notice of my intention to issue such provisional
receipt at the expiration of fourteen days after the date of
the Gazette containing this notice.
Dated this 17th day of October, 1885, at the Lands

NOTICE is hereby given that a statutory declaration of
the loss of certificate in favour of TOPI TARANUI,
for a piece of land situated in the District of Mongonui, and
called or known by the name of Te Kuihi, and numbered
1801, and being the whole of the land comprised in Crown
grant, Vol. iii., folio 63, of the Register book, having been
filed in this office, and application having been made for the
issue of a provisional certificate for the same, it is my inten-
tion to issue such certificate unless caveat be lodged forbid-
ding the same on or before the 5th day of November next.

existing between CHARLES JAMES HOLROYDE, of the
City of Auckland, in the Colony of New Zealand, Engineer,
GEORGE ERNEST HOLROYDE, of the same place, Engineer,
and HERBERT HENRY BARNETT, late of the same place, but
now of parts beyond the seas, Engineer, all trading and
known at Auckland aforesaid as “Holroyde and Co.,”
Mechanical and Electrical Engineers, &c., is hereby dis-
solved, such dissolution to take effect from the 24th day of
March, 1885.
