THIS is to certify that Mr. THOMAS HUBERT LEE has
been appointed Manager of the Homeward Bound
Extended Gold Mining Company (Limited), in place of Mr.
Thomas Lee, resigned.

I, the undersigned, hereby make application to register
the Waipori Water Company (Limited), with pre-
payment, under the provisions of “The Mining Companies
Act, 1872.”
- The name of the company is to be the Waipori
Water Company (Limited). - The place of operation is at the Bluespur.
- The registered office of the company will be situated at
the Bluespur. - The nominal capital of the company is four thousand
pounds, in four thousand shares of one pound each. - The number of shares subscribed for is four thousand.
- The number of paid-up shares is four thousand.
- The amount already paid up is four thousand pounds.
- The name of the Manager is John Ponsonby.
