Land taken for Further Portion of Wellington-Napier
Railway (Additional Land at Woodville Station).

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS the land mentioned in the Schedule hereto
is required to be taken for further portion of the
Wellington-Napier Railway, namely, additional land at
Woodville Station:
And whereas all conditions precedent required by law to
be observed and performed prior to the taking of such land
in the manner hereby provided have been observed and performed:
Now, therefore, I, William Francis Drummond Jervois,
the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, in exercise of
the powers and authorities conferred by section one hundred
and thirty of "The Public Works Act, 1882," and of every
other power and authority in anywise enabling me in that
behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land mentioned in the Schedule hereto is taken for the further portion of the said line of railway hereinbefore specified.

Works, at Wellington, in the Provincial District of Wellington, and thereon coloured pink.
Given under the hand of His Excellency Sir William
Francis Drummond Jervois, Lieutenant-General
in Her Majesty's Army, Knight Grand Cross of the
Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and
Saint George, Companion of the Most Honourable
Order of the Bath, Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over Her Majesty's Colony of New
Zealand and its Dependencies, and Vice-Admiral
of the same; and issued under the Seal of the
said Colony, at the Government House, at Wellington, this twenty-eighth day of September, in
the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred
and eighty-five.

Waikato-Thames Railway, namely, Hamilton-Morrinsville
Section:
And whereas all conditions precedent required by law to be
observed and performed prior to the taking of such land in
the manner hereby provided have been observed and performed:
Now, therefore, I, William Francis Drummond Jervois,
the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, in exercise of the
powers and authorities conferred on me by section one hundred and thirty of "The Public Works Act, 1882," and of
every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in
that behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land
