IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the sixth section of "The Cemeteries
Act, 1882," I, William Francis Drummond Jervois, the
Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint
the several persons whose names are specified in the first
column of the Schedule hereto to be Trustees to provide for
the maintenance and care of the public cemetery specified
in the second column of the said Schedule, in the place of
Isaac Hill Creamer, Frederick Wahl, Edward Petterson,
Edward Christofferson, senior, and Alfred Lipman Levy,
resigned.

vested in me by the forty-fifth section of "The Cemeteries
Act, 1882," I, William Francis Drummond Jervois, the
Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint
the local authority specified in the first column of the
Schedule hereto to have the control and management of
the public cemetery specified in the second column of the
said Schedule, in the place of William Alexander Brown,
William Kemble, Charles Lake, Edwin Clark, James Bruce,
George Shellock, and George Robinson.

to be Trustees, in the place of Messrs. L. C. Williams and
A. McDonald, resigned, to provide for the maintenance and
care of the Kowai Cemetery, in conjunction with the other
persons appointed by warrant under the hand of His Excel-
lency the Governor on the twenty-eighth day of August, one
thousand eight hundred and seventy-eight.

this eighteenth day of September, one thousand
eight hundred and eighty-five.
