Runs for Sale by Auction.

L IST of runs to be submitted to auction at the Land Office, Christchurch, on the 31st January, 1885, at 11 o'clock, a.m.

The license for each run shall be for a term of five years and one month, terminating the 1st March, 1890, subject to the provisions of "The Land Act, 1877," and its amendments. Purchasers will have to pay, on the fall of the hammer, seven months' rent, to the 1st September, 1885, in pursuance of clause (b) of subsection 3 of section 16 of "The Land Act 1877 Amendment Act, 1879."
