PARTNERSHIP NOTICE.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership lately subsisting between JOHN WILFORD SMITH and ALBERT JOHN TURNER, carrying on business as General Drapers at London Street, in the Town of Lyttelton, in the Provincial District of Canterbury, in the Colony of New Zealand, under the style or firm of "Smith and Turner," and after the death of the said John Wilford Smith continued to be carried on by the Trustees under the will of the said John Wilford Smith and the said Albert John Turner, was on the 14th day of January, 1885, dissolved by mutual consent.
The business of the late firm will henceforth be carried on by the Trustees of the late John Wilford Smith, under the style or firm of "J. W. Smith and Co.," on account and for the benefit of the estate of the said John Wilford Smith. All debts due and owing to or by the late firm will be received and paid by the said Trustee.
