Private Advertisements.
In the matter of “The Public Works Act, 1882.”
NOTICE of intention to take lands for roads in the Parishes of Kaiwaka, Paparoa, Whakakara, and Tokatoka, in the County of Hobson, in the Provincial District of Auckland :—
Notice is hereby given that it is proposed, under the provisions of “The Public Works Act, 1882,” to execute a certain public work, to wit, the construction of roads in the above parishes, and for the purposes of such public work the lands described in the Schedule hereto are required to be taken. And notice is further given that a copy of the plan of the portion of the said roads lying within the Parish of Kaiwaka, and of the lands in that parish required to be taken, is deposited and open for inspection at the Post Office, Kaiwaka; and that a copy of the plan of the portion of the said roads lying within the Parish of Paparoa, and of the lands in that parish required to be taken, is deposited and open for inspection at the Post Office, Paparoa; and that a copy of the plan of the portion of the said roads lying within the Parish of Whakakara, and of the lands in that parish required to be taken, is deposited and open for inspection at the Post Office, Whakakara; and that a copy of the plan of the portion of the said roads lying within the Parish of Tokatoka, and of the lands in that parish required to be taken, is deposited and open for inspection at Sanders’s accommodation-house, Tokatoka.
And notice is hereby given that all persons affected by the execution of the said public works or by the taking of such lands shall, if they have any well-founded objections to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of such lands, set forth the same in writing, and send such writing within forty days from the eighth day of July, one thousand eight hundred and eighty-five, to the Chairman, Hobson County Council, Te Kopuru.
Schedule.
All those parcels of land containing three roods eighteen perches, two roods fourteen perches, five perches, one rood four perches, and three roods three perches, respectively, more or less, situated in the Parish of Kaiwaka, in the Pukekaroro Road District, being portions of Allotments Nos. 59 and 61; and being more particularly delineated upon the Plan No. 3699, in the Survey Office at Auckland.
All those parcels of land containing four acres one rood one perch, and one acre three roods ten perches, respectively, more or less, situated in the Parish of Paparoa, in the Paparoa Road District, being portions of Allotments Nos. 14 and 15 and 28; and being more particularly delineated upon the Plans Nos. 3802 and 2687, in the Survey Office at Auckland.
All those parcels of land containing one rood thirty-four perches, two acres three roods thirteen perches, one acre three roods twenty perches, two acres thirty-four perches, one rood fourteen perches, and three roods twenty-five perches, respectively, more or less, situated in the Parish of Whakakara, in the Okahu Road District, being part of Allotments Nos. 34, 24, 23, 23A, 22, and 28; and being more particularly delineated upon the Plan No. 3692, in the Survey Office at Auckland.
All those parcels of land containing two acres seventeen perches, three acres two roods twenty-eight perches, one rood twenty-one perches, one acre one rood seventeen perches, one acre two roods twenty-two perches, one acre two roods, three roods twenty-seven perches, one acre two roods seventeen perches, one acre two roods thirteen perches, three acres two roods thirteen perches, three acres three roods thirty-six perches, one acre thirty-three perches, and three acres one rood seven perches, respectively, more or less, situated in the Parish of Tokatoka, in the Matakoe Road District, being portions of Allotments Nos. 25, 26, 27, 20, 21, 9, 10, 15, and 16; and being more particularly delineated on the Plan No. 3692, in the Survey Office at Auckland.

Postage or duty stamps cannot in any case be received in payment from any place at which post office orders are issued.
