BY direction of His Honour Mr. Justice Richmond, notice is hereby given that the said Judge has approved of a call of fifteen shillings per share, proposed by me, the undersigned, on the contributories of the said company, for the payment of the debts and liabilities of the said company, and the equalization of the rights of the contributories as amongst themselves; and that, unless good cause be shown to the contrary before the said Judge, at his Chambers, Supreme Courthouse, Wellington, on Friday, the 17th day of July, 1885, at 10.30 o'clock in the forenoon, or so soon thereafter as the said matter can be heard, the said call will be confirmed and become payable. All persons interested are entitled to attend to offer objections to the said call.

PIAKO COUNTY.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Piako County Council propose to construct a road, one hundred links wide, through Block VI., Thames High School Endowment, as the same is more particularly described and delineated on a plan which is now lying open for inspection, at all reasonable hours, at the office of Mr. Francis Pavitt, Surveyor, Te Aroha; and the said Council propose, under section 10 of "The Public Works Act, 1882," to take the land required for the said road. All persons affected are therefore called upon to set forth in writing any well-grounded objections to the execution of such work or the taking of such land, and to send such writing within forty days of the first publication hereof to the Piako County Council.

Postage or duty stamps cannot in any case be received in payment from any place at which post office orders are issued.
