Opuawhanga Survey District

Description of Land: About three-fourths of this section is covered with bush containing puriri and rata. The land is mostly broken and the soil poor on the ranges. There is, however, in the north-eastern corner about 20 acres of first-class land, level, well watered, and suitable for fruit growing.
