Goods conveyed to or from Opua Wharf or Station to inland stations by rail—Free.
On goods loaded from or into ships, but not conveyed to or from the Opua Wharf or Station to inland stations by railway, the following rates shall be paid by the owners, masters, or agents of ships or vessels :—
