Persons desirous to be admitted as candidates must apply on forms, which may be obtained from the Secretary, Civil Service Commission, London, S.W., or from the undersigned. The forms must be returned so as to be received at the office of the Civil Service Commissioners, in London, on or before the 31st March, 1885.
