RESOLVED, That the road in the Patutahi and Waikohu
Road Districts, from the north-east corner of Section No. 73,
Patutahi Suburbs, to the Gisborne-Opotiki Road, at Ruanga-
rehu, be proclaimed a county road.
I hereby certify that the foregoing special order was made
by the Cook County Council, this 5th day of February, 1885,
and that all the provisions of the Counties Act have been
complied with.

the provisions of Part V. of "The Road Boards Act,
1882."
ANY person guilty of any of the following offences or neg-
lects within the Eden Terrace Road Board District shall, on
being convicted of any such offence, neglect, or omission, be
liable to pay any penalty not exceeding Β£5:-
- Throwing or sweeping any glass, filth, dirt, rubbish,
orange-peel, or other matter of a similar nature upon or
into any street, channel, footway, court, alley, or public
place whatsoever.
