Block I., Seaward Bush Township: Section No. 26, 1 acre 3 roods 8 perches; Section No. 36, 5 acres; Section No. 59, 5 acres; Section No. 63, 4 acres 2 roods; Section No. 67, 4 acres 2 roods; and Section No. 68, 4 acres 2 roods.
Section No. 52, Block XIV., Jacob’s River Hundred, 32 acres 2 roods 21 perches, which has also been withheld from sale, will be sold by public auction for cash.

IN the matter of a judgment of the Court given at Hastings, in the said district, on the 15th day of March, 1884, upon the hearing of a claim to succeed to the interest of Tupurupuru in a block of land situate in the said district, and known as “Okaihau:” and in the matter of the application of Matiu Whitiki for a rehearing upon such claim:
I, John Edwin Macdonald, Chief Judge of the said Court, and in exercise of the authority in that behalf vested in me, do hereby dismiss such application.

NOTICE is hereby given that all that parcel of land containing 42 acres, more or less, being Block LXXVI., Makaretu District, and being the whole of the land comprised in certificate of title, Vol. x., folio 165, is offered for sale; and, further, that unless within one calendar month after the date of the Gazette containing this notice a sufficient amount shall have been realized by sale of the said land to satisfy the principal money and interest due on a certain memorandum of mortgage, registered as No. 1398, and incidental expenses, an order will be issued by me, pursuant to the 127th section of “The Land Transfer Act, 1870,” foreclosing the right of the mortgagor to redeem the said land.
